Sublimation 11 x 18 double sided garden flag
Settings
• Time: 120 - 150 seconds
• Temperature: 350 - 360° F
• Pressure: Moderate to Heavy
Sublimation Process
• Preheat the heat press to 350-360F.
• Place the blank flag onto the printed transfer paper. Secure with heat tape.
• Place blowout paper onto the bottom platen of the heat press.
.
• Place the flag with attached transfer paper onto the heat press with the transfer paper on top.
• Place an additional piece of blowout paper on top of the transfer paper.
• Close and press for recommended time.
• When finished, open the heat press and remove the flag. Remove the transfer paper from the flag and discard.
• If pressing the second side of the flag, it is recommended to replace the blowout paper on the bottom of the heat press with a new sheet.
• To press the second side of the flag, repeat the steps 5-8.
Note: Due to variances in conditions and equipment, minor setting adjustments may be needed to achieve optimal results.
